Privacidad

We process account identifiers, authentication data, entity memberships, submitted records, billing references, security events, and bounded reporting information to operate the service. Informeer identity is never displayed publicly.

Public and private data

Published entity and record content is public. Drafts, account credentials, billing identifiers, reports, disputes, and administrative dispositions are private. Stripe processes payment details; Sources of Record stores billing references and entitlement state rather than card numbers.

Retención and deletion

Session, account, record-history, billing, security, report, and dispute data is retained while needed for operation, integrity, fraud prevention, contractual obligations, and dispute handling. Cuenta closure may remove access without erasing canonical history that must remain attributable. Contact us through the reporting route for privacy concerns.
